For authors and conference participants who may need a valid visa to enter China mainland and Shanghai for attending the BESC 2014 conference, you may request an invitation letter from us by
1). Download, complete and sign the following Information Form for Visa Application
2). Receive the Invitation Letter
- We will send you the Invitation Letter which can be used for visa application purpose.
3). Visa and invitation letter related inquiries
- Contact the Registration Chair, Ms Qi Gu at guqi@sjtu.edu.cn if you have any questions.
4). Registration
We may only issue an Invitation Letter to those who have paid the registration fee. Please send the scanned payment receipt and your paper ID (if any) to the registration chair, Ms Qi Gu at guqi@sjtu.edu.cn for Visa invitation letter.
