The final camera-ready paper is due on September 15th. This deadline is firm -- if you miss the deadline, your paper will NOT appear in the proceedings. The paper must be formatted according to the instructions at https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html.

You need to log in to EasyChair and upload the required files, including:

• the PDF of your final paper (Camera-ready PDF)
• the source files, whether MS Word or LaTeX files (Source files)
• the signed copyright form, which is included in the source file archive

Please follow the steps to complete the camera-ready submission, as below:

1. Log into Easychair, select the author role, and go to your accepted paper(s).
   
2. Go to "Add or update files".
   
3. Upload required files correspondingly. You don't need to update the original submission, but just upload the required camera-ready paper and source files.
   (IMPORTANT) Please ensure that you have signed the copyright form using the IEEE system and have included the signed form in the source file archive.
