Author registration requirements
- Author registration deadline is 30 August 2026.
- Each accepted paper must have at least one Full Author registration. Otherwise the paper will not be included in the proceedings.
- One Full Author registration covers one paper. Authors with multiple accepted papers may add multiple papers during registration. Each additional paper adds one full Author registration fee.
- A Student registration provides conference attendance only and does not cover a paper.
- Papers not covered by a paid Full Author registration, or not presented at the conference (no-show), will be excluded from the Springer LNCS proceedings and retained only in the on-site electronic proceedings.
