To encourage and support student participation, BESC 2026 is pleased to offer a Student Grant for eligible attendees. The grant covers one student conference registration fee, helping students engage with the latest research and connect with the academic community. The grant is open to current Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral students.

To apply, eligible candidates are required to submit the following:

• A valid student ID
• A cover letter from their primary supervisor
• A brief self-introduction (within 2 paragraphs)

Application deadline is 8 September 2026 (AOE). Applications will be reviewed by the organizing committee, and successful applicants will be notified via email. We look forward to welcoming the next generation of researchers to BESC 2026!
