There are three ways to complete your registration.

• Bank Transfer (Please send the Registration Form back to [email protected] to finish your registration).
• E-bank Payment (https://meeting.yizhifubj.com.cn/web/main.action?meetingId=502)
• WeChat payment for the domestic registrants (Please scan the WeChat QR Code on the website).

Please register as soon as possible, and follow the registration instructions carefully. Particularly, for each accepted paper, at least one author must register at the full rate, even if all authors are students.

Notice：The IEEE copyright form and the completed registration form are required for all accepted papers that are to be included in the conference proceedings.
