Paper submissions should be limited to a maximum of seven (7) pages, in the IEEE 2-column format. All Submitted papers (via https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=besc2015) will be reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance to conference topics of interest, originality, significance, and clarity. Accepted papers will be published by IEEE.

Different submission tracks have been created for full and short papers per area. Authors should select an appropriate track in the easychair system to submit the manuscripts. We aim at optimal assignment of the papers across tracks. This may also require overruling the initial track selection of the authors, for instance if Area Chairs believe that the core contribution of the paper belongs to a different track where it can be assessed much more reliably. The authors will be informed if this happens.
